HAMMAR
Welcome to the Housing, Asset Management, Maintenance and Regeneration Groups (HAMMAR) web-site.
For those of you who are not familiar with the group, we are a UK wide
forum dedicated to improving communication and knowledge on housing maintenance
and asset management within social housing. Affiliated to the National
Housing Federation, we also advise on national issues related to the
specialist subjects within our field.
The HAMMAR Group continues to be a leading light in all aspects of maintenance
and asset management, and holds bi-monthly meetings throughout the network of
organisations across the UK to the benefit of its members.
The complete list of active voluntary groups can be found by clicking on the members
tab on the menu above. We would welcome new members from established Housing Companies or LSVTs,
so please don't hesitate to contact the regional Chairman for further information.
